CHRISTUS Health is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with more than 45,000 associates. Every day, they relied on a scattered set of tools to find benefits, submit requests, and get support.

Associates weren't failing. Their tools were. There was no central starting point, support paths felt like a guessing game, and the tools weren't built for everyone.
